Returns

No returns accepted except for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect Order item

All returns must be made within 48 hours and the product should be in the same condition as received including the original shipping box, packaging materials and all complimentary items.

For all incorrect orders, we will issue a full refund or exchange provided the returned product is in its original condition, unopened and unused with the cellophane intact. Should a product be returned in any other condition than previously stated, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will be returned back to you.

Initiating a Return

Contact our Customer Support team on our WhatsApp number immediately upon receipt of the delivery and share a detailed reason for your return including picture(s) and video(s). All returns must be made within 48 hours.

Once a return is approved, you will receive a notification from our team with the next steps.

Refunds/Exchanges

The returned goods will be promptly inspected upon receipt and your refund or exchange will be processed according to the findings and your preference within 1 - 2 working days. The only exceptions are all the individual samples/vials, discovery sets and home and body products are no-refundable/non-returnable and are final sale.

The company reserves the right to refuse any returns, refunds or exchanges that do not meet the stated requirements.
